A Bit About the Passion Sprout Founder
Hello! My name is Irene. Passion Sprout was born out of my desire to provide web, marketing and design services to entrepreneurs, small companies, and non-profits that are in the starting or growth phase of their purpose-orientated endeavors. I’m very blessed to have the opportunity to work with clients who share my passion for purpose and to be engaged in work that I love.
I am an experienced graphic designer and marketer capable of providing both a creative and analytical approach to projects from concept to completion. Well versed in print and digital media, I find delight in providing thoughtful and unique solutions for the advancement of projects and campaigns. Since earning my Bachelor’s Degree in 2005, I have worked on the corporate, agency, freelance and print production sides of the marketing and design fields.

Simply put, the world needs more people living their purpose. From an early age I’ve been a multi-passionate person, never able to find the ‘one thing’ that interests me the most. Over the years have found that marketing ties together many of my interests. From graphic design to launching websites, creating collateral, and finding the best way to spread a message.

Starting your own business is both daunting and time-consuming. Many entrepreneurs feel like they should dive into the DIY culture and do their own website, own email marketing, find an inexpensive logo and create their own business cards and collateral. I’m here to say, you don’t need to do all of that. Your purpose is to bring your gift to the world, my purpose is to help you sprout and thrive!

All engagements start with a free discovery call. I’m excited to work with non-profits, entrepreneurs, and small businesses that are making a difference in the world. I will offer you a fresh perspective on your project and goals.
My approach is collaborative and I’m always looking for ways to foster the connection with my clients. Even though I’m executing the work, it’s important that your audience feels every time they encounter your brand they feel like they are encountering you.
The Contract
Our initial call is an important first step to make sure we are the right fit for each other. After our discovery call, if we are ready to move forward I will send you a contract with pricing and delivery dates.
Did something really important come up that wasn’t planned at the start of the month (invited to be a keynote speaker or finally finished writing your book)? That’s great! I’m really excited for you and always willing to re-review your contract to fit in that item that needs to be promoted now, and what items can be pushed out to a later date to accommodate the new project.
Paying for Passion Sprout Services
Invoices will be sent through PayPal. I have found this to be the easiest method for my clients since many of them wish to pay by credit card.
Once our contract has been agreed upon and signed, I will take an initial deposit for the agreed upon work. The subsequent payments will be based on our agreed upon delivery timeline.
